30-Day Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

In addition, customers in the United Kingdom have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, simply contact us at info@contourixbody.com before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at info@contourixbody.com and provide your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or invoice.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • The return address

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and inserts where applicable

  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Approved returns may be routed to one of our designated international fulfillment facilities depending on the product purchased.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@contourixbody.com and include photographs clearly showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, simply:

  1. Request a return for your original purchase.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@contourixbody.com.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already have entered our automated fulfillment process and can no longer be modified or canceled.

If an order has already been shipped, customers may still exercise their statutory cancellation rights within 14 days of delivery or use our voluntary 30-day return policy.
